To initiate a return, you MUST obtain an RMA number and the correct return address from us (we will provide both of these). Any returned shipments that do not contain a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Items must also be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Yes! We can work with you to arrange shipments outside of our standard shipping range (lower 49 states). However, shipping costs and any other associated costs will be passed on to the customer (this also includes any returned shipments). After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will contain your Order #. After your payment is processed, your order will typically ship within the next 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for US orders & Canadian orders.
