Its built-in mechanical stage ensures precise specimen positioning, while the heavy cast alloy construction and all-metal gearing guarantee durability and stability.

The microscope is equipped with a versatile 1.25 ABBE condenser for enhanced illumination control.

Its clear DIN objectives provide sharp and accurate results. Additionally, the package includes a dust cover for protection and a fuse for added safety.

Features & Highlights:

Head:
  • Standard Monocular Head: This type of head allows for single-eye viewing and is a standard configuration for microscopes. It's commonly used for educational purposes.
  • Bearing Mounted, Rotates 360°: The head is supported by bearings, enabling it to rotate a full 360 degrees. This provides flexibility in positioning the head for comfortable viewing.
  • 10X/18 Wide Field Eyepiece: The eyepiece provides a 10X magnification with a wide field of view, making it suitable for detailed observations.
  • Locked-in Eyepiece with Pointer Installed: The eyepiece is securely fixed in place, and it includes a pointer. This pointer is useful for indicating specific features or points of interest on a specimen.
Construction:
  • Heavy Cast Alloy: The microscope is constructed using a durable material known as heavy cast alloy, which ensures sturdiness and longevity.
  • Acid and Reagent Resistant Finish: The finish on the microscope is designed to withstand exposure to acids and reagents commonly used in laboratory settings, enhancing its durability.
  • All Metal Gearing: The internal gears of the microscope are made entirely of metal. This provides robustness and reliability in the mechanical components.
Objectives:
  • Four Position Nosepiece: This component holds multiple objectives and allows easy rotation to select different magnifications for observation.
  • DIN Achromatic Objectives (4X, 10X, 40X): These objectives are designed to provide accurate color correction and focus over a wide field of view. The microscope comes with objectives offering 4X, 10X, and 40X magnifications.
  • Optional 100x Oil Objective: This objective, though optional, is used for high magnification and requires the use of immersion oil to achieve clear images.
