Stanley London Modern Style Brass Microscope - RCT-SL-MICRO-1
This is a beautiful working solid-brass modern reproduction of an antique brass microscope. This microscope is a simpler version of the microscope with X-Y Translation Stage. It has two brass clips to hold a slide, and an adjustable mirror for rear illumination. The focusing knob drives a brass rack and pinion that brings the specimen into focus. The top section of the microscope can tilt back for easier viewing. This microscope has ground glass optics and produces a clear 50 power image. The microscope stands 7 1/8 inches (18.1 cm) tall, the base is 2 5/8 inches (6.7 cm) by 4 inches (10.2 cm) deep, and weighs 2 pounds (0.94 kg).
