Features
This solid, polished brass sundial compass comes complete with a solid hardwood box. The magnetic brass compass allows you to orient to North while the needle lock protects the jeweled compass bearing during transit. The bubble level allows you to properly set the compass before setting curved latitude scale. The curved scale is used to set your local latitude angle allowing the gnomon to cast the shadow at local time. A custom Stanley London embossed gift box not only keeps the compass safe in transit, but also makes for a beautiful presentation to the recipient.
