We offer Free U.S. Shipping on most orders over $100 USD. Some limitations may apply. 

Shipping to CANADA:

We currently offer Free Canadian Shipping on most orders over $100 USD. Some limitations may apply.

Order Confirmation:

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will contain your Order #. After your payment is processed, your order will typically ship within the next 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for US orders & Canadian orders.

Shipping Carriers:

Orders will typically ship with either FedEx or UPS Ground. Additionally, most high-value shipments will require a signature upon delivery. 

Shipping Transit Time:

Shipping times can vary depending on the product that you purchase. In most cases, you will receive your product(s) in around 3-5 business days after it has been shipped - for US orders, and 5-10 business days - for Canadian orders. 

Faster Shipping Requests: 

If you would like to request a faster shipping method that is not available as an option on our online checkout, please reach out to us at support@redcarpettelescopes.com, and we can provide a quote. 

Tracking Details:

After your order has been shipped to the final destination, regular tracking updates will be sent to the email address that was used to place the order.

After you receive your Tracking #, it may take up to 24-48 hrs for the Carrier to display Tracking updates.

Order & Pre-Order Cancellation Requests:

Any orders and/or pre-orders that haven't shipped yet, but that are cancelled & refunded by request of the customer, may be subject to a minimum 5% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If the order has already shipped, then please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy below for full details. 

Custom Engraving/Artwork:

If you purchase a product from us with a Custom Engraving option selected (such as text engraving or artwork engraving, we will reach out to you right after your order is placed to request your engraving instructions. 

If we do not receive your engraving instructions within 2 business days after we request them, we will proceed with shipping your order without engraving. If you receive your order, and decide that you would like engraving, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our facility in order to have the engraving completed. 

Returns & Refund Policy

We believe in the brands that we work with and the products that we sell. And we want YOU to be 100% satisfied! This is why we offer 30 Day Returns for the vast majority of the Brands/Products that we carry. See below for details regarding products that do NOT qualify for our 30 Day Return Policy.

Processing Returns (IMPORTANT):

To initiate a return, you MUST obtain an RMA number and the correct return address from us (we will provide both of these). Any returned shipments that do not contain a valid RMA number will not be accepted. NOTE: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns:

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product(s), we can only grant a refund if the items are returned in their original packaging and condition. To confirm that products are in their original packaging and condition, we may ask you (the customer) to provide photographs of the items before they are returned to us. 

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return (this may take upwards of 5-7 business days). 

The customer will be responsible for covering both the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs associated with originally shipping the item(s) to them (the customer). Additionally, a minimum 5% re-stocking fee will apply. These fees will be deducted from the customers' refund. 

Liability for Return Shipments:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any return packages are returned to us safely and securely. Given this, in cases where the customer returns the item(s) using a shipping service of their choice, we recommend that a fully tracked service is selected for any return shipments, and that return shipments are tendered to an official Shipping Carrier distribution centre (UPS, FedEx etc) - and not a 3rd party shipping/distribution centre.

Red Carpet Telescopes will not be liable for any items that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit during return shipping. These issues will need to be dealt with directly with the Carrier.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange the item for another product within 30 days of receiving it, we can likely wave any re-stocking fees (depending on the condition of the product), and we can help reduce or wave any return shipping fees. However, in some cases, these fees may still apply. Please email us for full details at support@redcarpettelescopes.com. 

Product Condition:

When you receive your package(s), you should immediately inspect both the packaging and the product(s) to ensure that nothing is damaged or that your shipment isn't missing anything (additional products or accessories).

If you notice any damage to your product(s) upon delivery - please send photos to support@redcarpettelescopes.com as soon as possible and we will make the arrangements necessary to have your product returned, and have a replacement shipped to you. If possible, your product(s) will need to be returned in all of its original packaging. 

If you notice that the packaging of your shipment is damaged, please do NOT throw the packaging away. Please take pictures of the packaging, and send it to support@redcarpettelescopes.com. 

Brands/Products that do NOT qualify for our 30 Day Return Policy:Full Moon Optics

Full Moon Optics products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, they instead qualify for a 14 day return policy. 

APM

APM products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, they are covered by APM's 2 year limited warranty. 

Athlon Optics (United States only)

Athlon Optics products purchased in the United States do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, if a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we can have the product returned, repaired, and shipped back to you (alternatively, we can have an entirely new replacement product shipped to you) - as per Athlon's Lifetime Warranty. 

Athlon Optics (Canada only)

Athlon Optics products purchased in the Canada do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. Instead, they qualify for 7-day returns (from the day of delivery). Return requests must be made within 5-days (from the day of delivery). However, if a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we can have the product returned, repaired, and shipped back to you (alternatively, we can have an entirely new replacement product shipped to you) - as per Athlon's Lifetime Warranty. 

Hampton NauticalHampton Nautical products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. Instead, they qualify for 5-day returns (from the day of delivery). Return requests must be made within 5-days (from the day of delivery). Furthermore, if a product is damaged, we must be notified within 5 days (from the day delivery). Once we are notified of any damage, arrangements will be made to either return and repair your product, or ship you a brand new one. 
Leupold (Canada only)

Leupold products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, if a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we can have the product returned, repaired, and shipped back to you (alternatively, we can have an entirely new replacement product shipped to you) - as per Leupold's Lifetime Warranty. 

Luna Optics

Luna Optics products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, if a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we can have the product returned, repaired, and shipped back to you, or we can have a new unit shipped to you - as per Luna's 1 year Warranty. 

Konus

Konus products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, most of the Konus products that we carry include either a 2-year warranty, or lifetime warranty.

First Texas Products (Night Owl Optics / Bounty Hunter / Teknetics / Fisher Lab)

First Texas Products (Night Owl Optics / Bounty Hunter / Teknetics / Fisher Lab) do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, most Night Owl Optics, Bounty Hunter, Teknetics, and Fisher Lab products carry a minimum 1 year warranty (with some products carrying a 5 year warranty).

Newcon Optik

Newcon Optik products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. However, all Newcon products carry a comprehensive 1 year warranty. 

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products do not qualify for our 30 day return policy. All sales are final. 

Custom Orders

Additionally, items that are special ordered, customized, or engraved - cannot be returned or refunded under our 30 day return policy. 

If your engraved item needs to be repaired within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us and we will have the product repaired or replaced, re-engrave if necessary, and return it to you in mint condition!

Currently, we can only ship APM products to addresses within the United States. 

Barska -Riflescopes

We can ship most Barska products to addresses in the United States & Canada. However, due to import restrictions, we cannot ship Barska Riflescopes to Canada at this time. 

GPO (German Precision Optics) -Riflescopes

We can ship most GPO products to addresses in the United States & Canada. However, due to import restrictions, we cannot ship GPO Riflescopes to Canada at this time. 

Garrett

Currently, we can only ship Garrett products to addresses within Canada.

Luna Optics

Currently, we can only ship Luna Optics products to addresses within the United States. 

Leupold Optics

Your product is not only warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Athlon will also repair or replace, at no charge to you, your product if it becomes damaged through normal use. No receipt needed, no registration required. This is a commitment that Athlon will be the best product you can buy for your money.

APM:

APM products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. 

BARSKA:

Barska being the manufacturer outlet honors Manufacturer warranties for Repair and/or new Replacement after the 30 day Standard Return Policy is expired. Please read the Warranty Card enclosed with product for details. 

NOTE: Refurbished products do not qualify for Barska's warranty policy or 30 day return policy.

Bounty Hunter, Teknetics, and Night Owl Optics products are covered by a minimum 1 year warranty. Some Metal Detectors are covered by a 5 year warranty.

Built for a lifetime of performance - if at any time your Leupold product doesn’t perform, Leupold will repair or replace it for free - whether you're the original owner or not. You don’t need proof of ownership or a warranty card, and there’s no time limit.

LUNA OPTICS:

All Luna Optics products carry a limited 1 year warranty. 

LEVENHUK:

All Levenhuk Telescopes, Microscopes, Binoculars and other optical products, except for accessories, carry a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Lifetime warranty is a guarantee on the lifetime of the product on the market. All Levenhuk accessories are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for six months from date of retail purchase. Levenhuk will repair or replace such product or part thereof which, upon inspection by Levenhuk, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of Levenhuk to repair or replace such product, the product must be returned to Levenhuk together with proof of purchase satisfactory to Levenhuk.

This warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as bulbs (incandescent, LED, halogen, energy-saving and other types of bulbs), batteries (rechargeable and non-rechargeable), electrical consumables, etc. 

LUNT SOLAR SYSTEMS:

This Warranty is extended by LUNT Solar Systems LLC to the original purchaser of the LUNT Solar Systems LLC product. LUNT Solar Systems LLC does not provide warranty service to used or second hand equipment. Lunt Solar Systems LLC warrants its products to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. LUNT Solar Systems LLC will repair or replace such product or part thereof which upon inspection by LUNT Solar Systems LLC, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not extend to any product whose serial number has been defaced or altered, or to any product which LUNT Solar Systems LLC determines to contain a defect or malfunction caused by damage while in the possession of the consumer, this includes de-contacting of etalon. De-contacting of the etalon only occurs if the product is subjected to shock, i.e. dropped and/or banged. The above descriptions may include incorrect installation, maladjustment, misuse, negligence or servicing by the consumer, or by a failure on the part of the consumer to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Further, LUNT Solar Systems LLC reserves the right to disallow any products from warranty coverage that are deemed to have been received by the end customer in other than factory-sealed condition. All products are to be inspected by the customer when purchased. LUNT Solar Systems LLC is not responsible for damages or loss during the shipping process.

STANLEY LONDON:

Castle Navigation Inc. is only acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies. Thus, Castle Navigation Inc. expressly limits its guarantees and warranties for products sold hereunder to those extended and allowed by the manufacturing company to be passed through to Seller's customers. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. CASTLE NAVIGATION INC. Any parts replaced by Seller become the property of Seller. All limited warranties granted on Products are to the initial customer end-user and are non-transferable. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless from all claims, judgments, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from customer’s breach of these terms and conditions of sale and/or acts or omissions.

WEEMS & PLATH:

More than half of Weems & Plath products carry a lifetime warranty, while other products carry a 2-year warranty.

Levenhuk Ermenrich NS200 Night Vision Binoculars - 80838

The Ermenrich NS200 digital night vision binoculars have a 300-meter detection range in total darkness. The device is equipped with a recorder for taking photos and videos and an IR illuminator that improves the visibility in low-light conditions or at night. The anti-glare technology makes it possible to use the device as regular binoculars during the day too. It is a great choice for night hunting, terrain-oriented reconnaissance, and camp protection.

The observation distance – 300 meters in total darkness

You can clearly see an area up to 300 meters in compete darkness. The built-in IR illumination with 7 levels of brightness enhances the performance of the night vision binoculars. The device easily adapts to environmental conditions with little or no light.

Built-in recorder for taking photos and videos

Other than being a perfect solution for nature and wildlife observations, these night vision binoculars are great for taking photos and videos with excellent image quality. The max resolution for photos is 4032x2520px and for video it is 1920x1080px (Full HD) at 30fps. The frame rate of 30fps allows for smoother feel of the footage.

Long-term performance without battery replacement

The ergonomically designed device provides more comfort and convenience during long observation periods. The control buttons are located right under your fingertips. The binoculars are easy to operate even with minimal effort. The device is powered by standard alkaline batteries with a single charge that can last from 5.5 up to 18 hours of continuous operation. The total run time of the device depends on the IR illumination capacity. To save battery power, the device has an Auto Screen Off and Power Off function.
