Optical Tube Assembly (OTA)

It is interesting to note that the optical system of the Hubble Space Telescope is an OTA. This type of telescope offers a unique view of the universe as it collects infrared light, visible and ultraviolet light. These stand alone tube assemblies don’t come with tripods or mounts.
